5-10 business days from when the initial deposit is paid.Our turn-around time is usually short for most orders. We provide a full transparent experience for our clients. As every wholesaler differs, shipping varies on the blanks you chose. We are not responsible for the time it takes for your blanks to arrive. We push to get every order out 1-4 business days after arrival.

How Should I Submit My Artwork?
The artwork is where it all starts and the most important part of the process. Better Artwork = Better Print. Preferred files for printing are Ai. & .PDF (.PSD depending on colors)Artwork for Dark Garments : No more than 5 Colors Artwork for Light Garments : No more than 6 Colors DTG will be recommended after 6 colors.Gradients or details that need halftoning or any other artwork revision will be sent to our Graphic Design team for additional cost. To avoid this charge please have your artwork print-ready.
Can You Print Samples?
We do NOT offer Screen Printed samples due to the cost & time that goes into 1 shirt is equivalent to the cost of 12 shirts from screen set up, registration, ink setup etc. If you have a design that you need samples for reach out with your artwork and we will send you a DTG quote.
I Need My Order ASAP!
If you need your order before our average turn-around time, we can assure you a specific date for your order with a 15 - 50% markup depending on the priority of your order.
Quantity Matters!
The pricing of our screen printing services is influenced by the quantity of shirts you order. Generally ordering a lower quantity may result in a a slightly higher cost per shirt while increasing the quantity can lead to a more cost-effective per unit price.
